Bella Toscana is situated approximately 1 mile from ChampionsGate golf course and only 15 minutes from Disney World and Orlando newest attraction Legoland. The development is close to shops and amenities on US27 and Kissimmee. The Villa itself is less than 40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport.
It's conveniently situated just off Ronald Reagan Parkway close to ChampionsGate golf course. It's not only close to Champions Gate golf course and Disney Land but is less than an hours drive from Busch Gardens, Central Florida and the Kennedy Space Centre.
Within walking distance(approx 400 yds) there is an array of shops ie walgreens (chemist, supermarket, general stores), chinese restaurant and a Domino Pizza. There is also a restaurant/bar called Beef 'o' Bradys which has a reputation for excellent food and coverage of all live football matches.

It is a quiet residential community and your stay will be improved by showing courtesy to your neighbours and refraining from swimming or making undue noise outside after 10.30pm. One more thing: topless sunbathing is an offence in the State of Florida.
