The Villa

Brand New (2008) 2,900sqft Luxury Villa

The villa is in the subdivision of Bella Toscana close to ChampionsGate (Greg Norman designed USPGA golf course).
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite and the other 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with TVs. There are two reception rooms both fitted with luxurious sofas one of which folds out into a queen sized bed. The queen sized bed is located at the rear of the house and folds out from the tan leather corner suite. A high chair and cot is available on request. The house is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans for extra comfort in all bedrooms and the living room.

There are two separate living areas each with TV, DVD and CD units, and a separate dining area. Broadband wireless internet access available.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with a full sized cooker, fridge-freezer with ice making capabilities, dish washer, waste disposal and microwave. For those who wish to travel light there is a family sized washer and tumble dryer in a separate utility room.

At the rear of the villa is a private screened pool and patio area equipped with table, chairs, and sun loungers. For most of the year, the sun provides sufficient heat for the pool. The pool has some safety rules that must be ad-hered to.

For those rainy days hopefully there won't be many during your stay there is a fully furnished cinema room with playstation and reclining seats. Also in the double garage are a selection of games such as pool, table tennis and darts

In our absence, the house is looked after by our Florida based management company, and a general information folder is provided to assist you during your stay. We hope that your holiday is problem free but in the event of an emergency, they can be contacted 24 hours a day.
